Balgownie is a stylish, 2 bedroom cottage offering a private courtyard, off street garaged parking in a quiet and easily accessible street. The cottage itself dates from the early 1900’s and has been lovingly and extensively renovated with a contemporary approach, while maintaining the historic flavour of its surroundings.Facilities:
